Co-Ari Designs Refund/Return Policy: 
We want you to be happy with your Co-Ari Designs purchase! This policy outlines how to easily return items if needed.

Return Window: You have 28 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

What We Offer:

Store Credit: Upon receiving your returned item(s) in good condition, we'll issue a store credit via a discount code for future purchases. 
Return Shipping: You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping on unwanted items.
Free Return Shipping: We'll cover the return shipping cost if you receive the wrong item or a defective/damaged item from us (see below for details).

How to Initiate a Return:

We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label (for free if applicable) and instructions.
Important: Do not return any item(s) without our prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us immediately at info@coaridesigns.com. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items past the 28-day return window
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards (these are final sales)
